According to plaintiff: Plaintiff, Mikhran Galoyan, a 16-year-old student, sustained Post -Cuncussion Syndrome, 1cm Scalp Laceration, Blunt Head Trauma, TMJ Syndrome, following an auto accident on July 21, 2000, wherein defendant made an unsafe left turn at an unknown speed and caused plaintiff’s car to swerve and hit a pole.
