FACTS:
The matter arose due to an automobile vs. bus collision which occurred on October 26, 2000 at approximately 8:00 a.m. at the intersection of Truman Street and Maclay Avenue. Plaintiff was a 30 year-old care provider at the time of the collision. The driver of the Doe Defendant made an illegal left turn and collided with the plaintiff's vehicle which was crossing the intersection on a yellow light.

INJURIES:
Plaintiff broke her right leg and fractured her left femur.
