Facts: According to Plaintiff: A tenant slipped and fell at her apartment unit due to a leak that had created a puddle on the stairs leading to the basement. The plaintiff was Angela Badalyan, the 66 yearold tenant. The defendants were Villa Ventana Homeowner's Association; Bartlein & Company Inc.; and Deck King. On February 26, 2001, at approximately noon, plaintiff was on her way to the basement of her apartment when she slipped and fell. The fall was due to a leak that had created a yardwide puddle on the stairs leading to the basement.
